Congrego was launched with the aim of introducing participants to the Model United Nations (MUN) culture and equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed for success at the Sri Lanka Related Model United Nations (SLRMUN). This project served as an educational platform enabling participants to understand RMMUN as a whole, foster teamwork, and hone their problem-solving abilities. Through meaningful discussions, participants gained insight into the broader scope of RMMUN. It consisted of two main segments: 'Talk with Notes' and a 'Training Session for MUN.'

A lively physical event named 'Talk with Notes' took place on January 16, 2025. This session gave featured music as participants could request songs and "remix" by the music crew, creating an engaging atmosphere. While the setting was fun, the discussions were educational, with participants becoming aware of RMMUN's sub-projects, especially the SLRMUN conference.
An intensive educational training session targeting Rotaract novices on February 1, 2025, was facilitated by experienced SLRMUN chairs, Mr. Mohamed Fazlan and Mr. Pranadi Fernando. These sessions aimed to introduce conference participants new to MUN, offering detailed explanations of key aspects.
Participants received comprehensive documents preparing solutions to global issues. These documents developed collaboration skills and helped individuals to draft well-structured, clear, and concise outlines; and understand specific steps to address the issue at hand.
The sessions highlighted the importance of public speaking (such as writing speeches), critical thinking, negotiation skills, and promoting international cooperation.
The training also covered important topics, a formal debate style, MUN conferences moderated by the chair. Delegates engage in focused discussions on specific issues, debating, and creating solutions. These sessions emphasized the need for constructive discussion, negotiation, and collaboration.
